Purpose

To seek approval to retender for the provision
of Mechanical reactive and planned maintenance contract which forms
a part of a wider reactive 'Traded Service' offered to WBC
corporate sites and external schools.

RESOLVED that the
Executive:
 
1)
Approved the undertaking of a competitive tender process for a new
term
maintenance contract(s) for Reactive and Planned Mechanical
Works;
 
2)
Delegated authority to the Director of Resources and Assets to
implement the recommended procurement approach.
