That the Director of Place and Growth, in
consultation with the Executive Member for Planning and Local Plan,
authorises any necessary minor factual and consequential
modifications to be made to the Twyford Neighbourhood Plan, the
Decision Statement, and other supporting documents prior to the
referendum.

Reasons for the decision

The local planning authority has accepted the
Examiner's report and the Twyford Neighbourhood Plan should proceed
to referendum. The Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) Regulations
2012 require the local planning authority to make the specified
documents publicly available 28 days before the start date of the
referendum on 6 July 2023.

Further checks of the Decision Statement have identified a small
number of additional factual and consequential modifications that
result from the examiner's recommendations which were not
highlighted in the version considered by Executive.

In addition, a referendum version of the neighbourhood plan has
been produced showing the accepted modifications raised by the
examiner, and associated factual and consequential changes.

Alternative options considered

None - regulations require this step to be
carried out.
