Purpose

To consider responses received to the Notice
of Proposal in respect of changing the existing 40mph speed limit
to 30mph along Old Forest Road and to approve officer
recommendations

Content

That the Executive Member for
Active Travel, Highways and Transport:
 
1)   
Considered the
correspondence received for the proposal and note no objections
have been received;
 
2)   
Agreed to proceed with
the making of the Amendment Order in accordance with the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Local Authorities Traffic Order
Procedures 1996; and
 
3)   
Instructed the
Assistant Director for Highways & Transport to inform those who
have responded to the consultation accordingly.
