Purpose

To approve the Wolverhampton Local Plan
(Regulation 19) for consultation and delegate approval to submit,
subject to minor modifications

Content

That the submission of the Wolverhampton Local
Plan – Regulation 19, and any proposed minor modifications
agreed under delegated authority by the Cabinet Member for City
Development, Jobs and Skills in consultation with the Director of
City Development, to the Secretary of State for public examination,
subject to securing sufficient reserves for the examination process
be approved.
