Purpose

This report seeks to approve the
implementation of one-way roads (Staveley Road and Leicester
Street), an extension to the Wolverhampton matchday parking permit
zone, and revised waiting and loading restrictions through
permanent traffic regulation orders.

Content

1.   
Approved the recommended action to overrule two objections to
one-way restrictions on Staveley Road and Leicester Street in
response to comments received during public consultation and
implement as shown on plan T3 2008-2 Appendix A
 
2.   
Approved the recommended action to overrule an objection to the
matchday parking permit scheme in response to comments received
during public consultation and implement as shown on plan T3 2008-1
Appendix B.
 
3.   
Approved the implementation of amended waiting and loading
restrictions through permanent traffic regulation order. (T3
2008-3-1 and T3 2008-3-2 Appendix C and D).
 
4.   
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer to implement the relevant
Traffic Regulation Orders.
