Purpose

Additional Year 7 places are required for
September 2025. This report seeks a capital contribution to the
scheme.

Content

1.   
Approved the allocation of £475,000 from the approved capital
budget Secondary School Expansion Programmes to the budget for
works at Ormiston NEW Academy.
2.   
Approved Capital Funding be released in order that the project can
be progressed in a timely manner.
3.   
Approved the Council entering into a Grant Agreement with Ormiston
Academies Trust in respect of Ormiston NEW Academy.
