Content

1.    
That the partial utilisation of the Civic Centre for third party
occupation on commercial terms thereby contributing to both wider
public sector partnership working and generating revenue income in
line with the Our Assets Programme be approved.

 

2.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Governance
and Equalities in consultation with Deputy Director of Assets, to
finalise the Heads of Terms, Rental Charges and occupation terms
for third party occupation.

 
3.    
That authority be delegated to execute the lease and any other
ancillary agreements required as detailed within the agreed Heads
of Terms.
