1.    
That the letting of The Saplings, Parkfield Road, Wolverhampton to
Aspiring Futures for a term of 25 years on full repairing and
insuring terms be approved.

 

2.    That authority be
delegated to the Cabinet Member for Governance and Equalities in
consultation with the Deputy Director of Assets, to approve the
lease in accordance with Heads of Terms.
