That the sports field is declared surplus to requirements.

 

2.    
That granting of a Community Asset Transfer of the premises
currently used and occupied by the Wolverhampton Wrestling
Club/Guru Nanak Satsang Sikh Gurdwara (the Temple) for a term of 35
years on full-repairing and insuring terms be approved.

 

3.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Governance
and Equalities in consultation with the Deputy Director of Assets,
to agree Heads of Terms and approve and complete the lease in
accordance with agreed Heads of Terms.
