update on the recommendations and objectives set by Cabinet in
October 2023.

Content

That an update on further progress and
analysis on the effectiveness of the Arm’s Length Management
Organisation model, regulatory compliance and the considerations of
Our Future Council be submitted to Scrutiny Board and Cabinet
within six months.
