goods and services.

Content

1.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Children, Young People and Education, in consultation with the
Director of Children’s Services, to approve the award of a
contract forThe Black Country Advocacy
Service for Children and Young People when the evaluation process
is complete.

 

2.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Resident Services, in consultation with the Director of
Resident Services, to approve the award of a contract for
Contingency Waste Disposal when the evaluation process is
complete.
