Purpose

To delegate authority to the Cabinet Member
for Resources, in consultation with the Director of Finance and the
Deputy Director of Assets to allocate funds from reserves to
individual projects in order that corporate priorities may be
addressed in an agile and timely manner.

Approved the allocation of up to £148,000 from the Insurance
Reserve for the scaffolding system, crash
deck, scaffolding sensor alarm system and scaffolding lighting for
works to the severely damaged roof at Bilston Town Hall, as
detailed in Table 1.
