Purpose

Approval is sought for the letting of the
Cinema within Chubb building.
Approval is sought for the Council to enter into lease agreement
for Unit 5 within the Chubb Building.

Content

1.   
Approved the letting of the cinema to PDJ Cinema Wolverhampton Ltd
in accordance with the final Heads of Terms attached at Appendix 4
and  
2.   
Approved the Council entering into a lease agreement with Midlands
Industrial Association for Unit 5 within the Chubb building to be
subsequently subleased to the cinema operator referred to above,
PDJ Cinema Wolverhampton Ltd and in accordance with the final heads
of terms for Unit 5 attached at Appendix 5.
