Purpose

To approve the award of contracts for works,
goods and services.

Content

1.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Resident Services, in consultation with the Director of
Resident Services, to approve the award of a contract for Smestow
Valley Local Nature Reserve Access Points when the evaluation
process is complete.

 

2.     
That  authority be
delegated to the Cabinet Member for Resident Services, in
consultation with the Director of Resident Services to approve the
award of contracts for Wednesfield Public Realm when the evaluation
process is complete.
