Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with the purchase
of a former Council Property as detailed in Appendix 1 where the
purchase price has been agreed

Content

1.         
Approved the completion of the purchase of the former Council
property listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed price of
£290,000.
 
2.         
Authorised the Chief Legal Officer or such other authorised officer
to execute legal documentation to put the purchase into effect.
