Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with the purchase
of two former Council properties as detailed in Appendix 1 where
the purchase price has been agreed.

Content

1. 
Approved the completion of the purchase of the two former council
properties listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed price of
£257,250 plus Home Loss and disturbance payments.
 
2. 
Authorised the Chief Legal Officer or other authorised officers to
execute legal documentation to put the purchases into effect.
