Purpose

Deliver a one year pilot programme in 6
schools in Wolverhampton to deliver an innovative work experience
model from Year 7 to Year 13.

Content

1.     
Agreed to sign the service level agreement to deliver the Equalex
work experience project in Wolverhampton
2.     
Approved the creation of supplementary budgets of £80,000 in
2024-2025 to deliver the Equalex work experience project, to be
fully funded by a grant from the WMCA.
3.     
Agreed to recruiting staff to deliver the Equalex work experience
project in schools in Wolverhampton.
4.     
Agreed to spending the allocated funding towards salaries and
running costs to deliver the pilot project during the academic
years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026.
5.     
Agreed to setting up memorandum of understanding with the schools
invited to be involved in the pilot and ensuring the distribution
of those funds to the participant schools who agree to take part in
the programme.
