Purpose

This report seeks approval to create a
supplementary revenue budget to prepare the Future City Centre
Masterplan. The Future City Centre Masterplan is a planning and
regeneration plan covering the City Centre to guide investment
decisions and support the preparation of the statutory Local
Plan.

Content

1.   
Approved the creation of supplementary revenue budget of
£160,000 for the preparation of a Future City Masterplan
(FCM).
 
2.   
Approved that the Head of Legal Services be authorised to enter
into or execute or seal any legal documentation as deemed necessary
in respect of the above-mentioned paragraph in order to protect the
Council’s interests.
