Contract Award - Housing Development:
Affordable Homes (Villiers Avenue)

Content

1.     
Approved the award of the contract for the construction of eleven
properties comprising of nine number 2 bedroom houses and two
number 3 bedroom houses along with associated infrastructure to
Morro Partnerships, Jessup House, 2 Station Court, Girton Road,
Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0EJ for a total value of
£2,480,264.59.
2.     
Authorised any other agreements including deed of covenants,
collateral warranties, assignments, and such other ancillary
agreements such as wayleaves, including variations as deemed
necessary to facilitate the delivery of this project.
3.     
Agreed the use of Section 106 funding of £20,384.64 received
through affordable housing contributions and renewal energy
requirement within Section 106 Agreements outlined in paragraph 1.5
as funding towards this development.
