To seek approval to enter into a grant funding
agreement with WMCA to accept a £270k revenue grant to
support the continued delivery of the Green Innovation Corridor
Programme within the West Midlands Investment Zone. The report also
seeks approval to create a supplementary budget made up of this
external grant
