Awarded the contract for Hilton Road Carriageway Resurfacing to
John A Bates (Contractors) Limited of Chance House, Sandwell
Business Park, Crystal Drive, Smethwick, B66 1RD for a duration of
15 days from 17 February to 7 March 2025 for a total contract value
of £261,380.05.
 
2.   
Approved the appropriate virements between existing approved
budgets within the Highway Capital Programme, maximising use of
resources (item 5.2).
