1.      
That a Community Asset Transfer to Bilston Town Community Football
Club of the premises currently occupied by them for a term of up to
35 years on full-repairing and insuring terms be approved.

 

2.      
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Governance
and Equalities in consultation with the Deputy Director of Assets,
to take a surrender of the existing lease  to Bilston Town Community Football Club and to
complete the Community Asset Transfer and lease.

 

3.      
That the former adjoining block of land shown coloured blue on the
plan attached at Appendix 1 to the report, be declared surplus to
the Council’s requirements and that it can be offered for
sale freehold in the open market.

 

4.      
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Governance
and Equalities in consultation with the Deputy Director of Assets,
to agree Heads of Terms and approve the disposal of the land in
accordance with agreed Heads of Terms.
