Purpose

To seek approval to award the contract for the
construction of forty three bungalows along with associated
infrastructure to Keon Homes, through the City of Wolverhampton
Council (CWC) Housing Development Framework.

Content

1. 
Approved the award of the contract for the demolition of the
remaining sixteen bungalows and the construction of thirty six new
build properties at Lincoln Green, Bushbury, comprising of thirty
four 2 bedroom and two 3 bedroom bungalows with associated
infrastructure to Keon Homes, St Joseph’s House, Chasetown,
Staffordshire, WS7 3XG
 
2. 
Approved the award of the contract for the construction of seven 2
bedroom bungalows along with associated infrastructure at Longford
Road, Heath Town to Keon Homes, St Joseph’s House, Chasetown,
Staffordshire, WS7 3XG
 
3. 
Approved the contract sum for the delivery of Lincoln Green (item 1
above) and Longford Road (item 2 above) for
£11,173,800.73.
 
4. 
Authorised the Council to enter and execute a contract including
deed of covenants, collateral warranties, assignments, [transfers]
the grant of easements, wayleaves and other such ancillary
agreements as deemed necessary to facilitate the delivery of this
project.
