Purpose

To seek approval to grant a wayleave agreement
to National Grid to provide new and varied underground electricity
connection to the premises at Longfield Sprinkler House, Heath
Town, WV10 0HU, subject to internal consultation.

To seek approval to grant a deed of easement to Pivotal Energy on
behalf of Last Mile Electricity Ltd, to install, excavate and
trench land on Ettingshall Road to electrify a recent development.
This will include service tubing and trenchwork.
