Purpose

This IEDN seeks approval for the acceptance,
creation and spend of a capital budget of £3.92m from the
City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement. The approval to enter
into a grant agreement with the West Midlands Combined Authority
(WMCA) is also sought. This funding to be received from West
Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) under the Single Assurance
Framework.

Content

1.     
Approved a supplementary capital budget of £3,920,000 for the
development of the A454 City East Gateway – Willenhall Road
project fully funded by CRSTS grant and to approve the utilisation,
subject to a signed grant agreement;
2.     
Approved that the Chief Operating Officer be authorised to enter
into or execute the grant agreement together with any other legal
agreements in relation to this project as deemed necessary in
respect of the above-mentioned paragraph.
