To provide a project update and agreement
around delivery and next steps.

Content

1.     
That the progress made in the implementation of the Families First
for Children Pathfinder (FFCPP) test and learn reforms in
Children’s Social Care be endorsed.

 

2.     
That the proposed plan for the phase two of the reforms which
includes the national rollout be approved.
 

3.     
That the key role that City of Wolverhampton has played in being at
the forefront of the reforms in social care and influencing the
national rollout be noted.
