That Council be recommended to approve:

1.   
The Wolverhampton Homes Business
Plan 2025-2026.
2.   
The Wolverhampton Homes Delivery
Plan 2025-2026.
3.   
The arrangements for monitoring
the delivery of the Wolverhampton Homes Business Plan and Delivery
Plan.

That Cabinet notes:
1.   
That an update on further progress and analysis on the
effectiveness of the Arms Length
Management Organisation model, regulatory compliance and the
considerations of Our Future Council would be submitted to Scrutiny
Board and Cabinet within six months, following the recommendations
of Cabinet 11 December 2024 (Social Housing (Regulation) Act–
Landlord Services Update).
