Purpose

To accept the renewed delegation from South
Staffordshire Council to undertake their taxi licensing
function.

Content

That Council be recommended  to:
1.   
Approve the adoption of the non-executive licensing functions, as
delegated by South Staffordshire District Council.
 
2.   
Delegate authority for the signing of the final agreement to the
Chief Operating Officer in consultation with the Director of
Resident Services.
 
That
Cabinet approves:

1.   
The adoption of the executive licensing functions, as delegated by
South Staffordshire District Council, subject to the signing of the
finalised agreement.
