Purpose

This report seeks to approve the
implementation of Safe Routes to School measures and associated
traffic regulation orders at Ettingshall Road and Foster Avenue in
support of the Manor Primary Safe Routes to School Scheme 2024/25.
The measures are designed to improve safety, encourage sustainable
travel and contribute to the effective management of the highway
network.

Content

1.   
Approved the implementation of traffic regulation orders as shown
in Appendix A,
(Plan T3 2014-2).
 
2.   
Approved the implementation of traffic calming measures as shown in
Appendix B and C.
 
3.   
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer to implement the relevant
Traffic Regulation Order.
