Purpose

To accept the renewed delegation from South
Staffordshire Council to undertake their taxi licensing
function.

Content

1.   
That the adoption of the non-executive licensing functions, as
delegated, by South Staffordshire District Council subject to the
signing of the finalised agreement be approved.

2.   
That it be approved, authority for the signing of the final
agreement be delegated to the Chief Operating Officer in
consultation with the Director of Resident Services.
