Purpose

To approve the final draft Order and provide
formal consent to the laying of the Statutory Instrument in
Parliament.

Content

1.     
That consent to the making of a draft Order between West Midlands
Combined Authority (WMCA) and Department for Education (DfE) to
allow devolution of additional responsibilities and funding for new
technical qualifications for adults aged 19 plus be approved.

 

2.     
That delegation of the approval to lay a final Order to the WMCA
Board be agreed.
