Approval to purchase five affordable units
from WV Living

Content

1.     
That the purchase of five homes for affordable rent from WV Living
on the Daisy Bank Development through a standard form of
Development Agreement, also paying a pro rata share for the
professional services of an Employers Agent, Clerk of Works and
Principal Designer (appointed by WV Living) at the agreed purchase
price, including professional services, as detailed in Exempt
Appendix 1 be approved.
2.     
That a contract be entered into, using a standard form of
Development Agreement, between the Council and WV Living, including
staged payments (as detailed in the Development Agreement).
3.     
That the Council be authorised to enter and execute a contract
including deed of covenants, deed of grants, collateral warranties,
assignments, transfers, the grant of easements, wayleaves and any
other such ancillary agreements and/or legal professional services,
as deemed necessary to facilitate the delivery of this project.
