Purpose

To seek approval to award the contract for the
construction of seventeen new homes along with associated
infrastructure to Morro Partnerships Limited, through the City of
Wolverhampton Council (CWC) Housing Development
Framework.

Content

That the Deputy Leader: City Housing, in
consultation with the Executive Director of Economy:
 

Approved the award of the contract
for the construction of seventeen new build properties  comprising of nine 3 bedroom and four 2 bedroom
houses, two 2 bedroom and two 1 bedroom bungalows with associated
infrastructure to Morro Partnerships Limited, Jessup House, 2
Station Court, Girton Road, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0EJ
 for the total value of
£4,677,312.00.

 

Authorised the Council to enter and
execute a contract including deed of covenants, collateral
warranties, assignments, [transfers] the grant of easements,
wayleaves and other such ancillary agreements as deemed necessary
to facilitate the delivery of this project.
