Purpose

To approve the award of contracts for works,
goods and services.

Content

1.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for City Transport in consultation with the Director of Resident
Services, to approve the award of contracts for Black Country
Highways Works Framework when the evaluation process is complete,
including subsequent call offs above the Procurement Act 2023
Services threshold.

 

2.     
That authority be delegate authority to the Cabinet
Member for City Transport in consultation
with the Director of Resident Services, to approve the award of a
contract for a Highways Asset Management System when the evaluation
process is complete.

 

3.      
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Children, Young People and Education, in consultation with the
Director of Children’s Services, to approve the award of an
open framework for Overnight Short Breaks
Service for children and young people with Special Educational Need or Disability (SEND)
aged 2-18 yearswhen the evaluation process is
complete.
