Land transfer of Baggott Street

1.   
Endorsed the granting of the easement to Cadent.
2.   
Noted that firstly Baggott Street is subject to Stopping Up
Of Highway (West Midlands) (No. 30)
Order 2024 and that secondly as a result
of the order, half the road will transfer to the Council and
that the other half will transfer to the Gurdwara.
3.   
Approved the transfer of the land being transferred to the Council
(under 2 above) to the Gurdwara for £1.
