Purpose

To seek approval for the Council's response to
the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan Regulation 19 consultation (the
final stage) and to put in place delegated authority to approve
future Local Plan consultation responses.

That the City of Wolverhampton Council
response to the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan Regulation 19
consultation as set out in Appendix 1 to the report be
approved.
