Delegated authority to approve the award of
contracts

Content

1.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for City Transport, in consultation with the Director of Resident
Services, to approve the award of a contract for a Fleet Managed
Stores when the evaluation process is complete.

 

2.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for City Transport, in consultation with the Director of Resident
Services, to approve the award of a contract for the supply and
delivery of fuel oils when the evaluation process is
complete.
