Purpose

This IEDN seeks approval for the Council to
enter into a Development Agreement with the City of Wolverhampton
College to implement the City Learning Quarter Phase 2
scheme.

Content

1. 
Authorised the Council to enter into a Development Agreement with
the College to facilitate the delivery of the Phase 2 project.
2. 
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer to make any amendments to
the Development Agreement as deemed necessary.
3. 
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer to negotiate, execute, seal
and complete all necessary legal documents to give effect to the
above recommendation.
