1.   
That the amendments to the Constitution and the Full Council
Procedure Rules be approved.

2.   
That the updates to the Scheme of Delegations to ensure alignment
to the current roles and responsibilities be approved.

3.   
That authority be delegated to the Monitoring Officer to implement
the changes detailed in the report and to make any other minor
consequential changes necessary to ensure the Constitution remains
up to date.
