supplementary capital budgets as set out in Table 5.1 in Section 5
fully funded through an additional allocation of £1.2 million
Highways Maintenance grant awarded by West Midlands Combined
Authority.
 
17. Approved the
appropriate virements between existing approved budgets within the
Highway Capital Programme, maximising use of resources.
