Delegated authority to approve the award of
contracts

Content

1.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for City Development, Jobs and Skills, in consultation with the
Deputy Director of Assets, to approve the award of a contract for
Loxdale and Stowheath Mineshaft Remediation when the evaluation
process is complete.

 

2.     
That authority be delegated to the Deputy Leader:
City Housing, in consultation with the Executive Director of City
Economy to approve the award of a contract for Temporary
Accommodation Framework when the evaluation process is
complete.
