Approved a virement of £2.5
million to support the delivery of the Bilston Market Regeneration
Scheme, from the Corporate Provision and Contingency for Future
Programmes budget.
That it be noted, at
the time the original budget was set for Bilston Market, it was
estimated based on the best available information at that point in
time. The actual costs, and therefore the budget requirements were
not known until the scheme was designed and had been put out to the
market.  This was why we hold corporate capital budget
contingencies.
