Delegated Authority of Contracts

Content

1.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Children, Young People and Education, in consultation with the
Director of Children’s Services, to approve the award of
Independent Specialist Education Provision for children and young people with special educational needs or
disabilities (SEND) aged 5-25 yearswhen the
evaluation process is complete.
 

2.    
That authority be
delegated to the Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and
Education, in consultation with the Director of Children’s
Services, to approve the award of a contract for West Midlands
Regional Residential Framework when the evaluation process is
complete.
 

3.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Resident Services, in consultation with the Director of
Resident Services, to approve the award of a contract for Bilston
Market Design and Build following review and completion of the
proposal
 

4.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Governance and Digital, in consultation with the Deputy
Director of Governance, to approve the award of a contract for
Legal Case Management System when the evaluation process is
complete.
