Purpose

To set out the principles that Wolverhampton
City Council will apply in exercising its powers under The Smoke
and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015.

Content

1.    
That the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations
2015: Statement of Principles for Determining Penalty Charge
Notices, attached at Appendix 1 to the report be approved.

 

2.    
That authority be delegated to the Deputy Leader: City Housing in
consultation with the Deputy Director of City Housing, to make
minor editorial changes to the Statement of Principles when
necessary.
