To approve capital budget outturn 2024-2025
including quarter one capital monitoring 2025-2026.

Content

1.   
That the revised medium term General Fund capital programme of
£404.3 million, an increase of £48.7 million from the
previously approved programme, and the change in associated
resources be approved.

2.   
That the revised medium term Housing Revenue Account (HRA) capital
programme of £608.9 million, an increase of £3.1
million from the previously approved programme, and the change in
associated resources be approved.
