Temporary Rent reduction

1.     
Approved a temporary reduction of 25% in Fees and
Charges for Bilson Market rents for 22 weeks from 4 August 2025 to
27 June 2026 at an estimated cost to the Council of up to
£175,000 of lost income. 
2.     
Approved an allocation of up to £175,000 from
the Our City Our Plan Reserve to mitigate the reduced income
anticipated from the temporary reduction in fees and charges for
the Bilston Market rental income.
