Purpose

To seek approval to grant a wayleave agreement
to National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) to provide
vehicular access to land owned by them adjacent to council-owned
garage site off Blackham Road, Wednesfield North upon which there
is an electricity substation. The previous access route as agreed
with the City of Wolverhampton Council no longer exists.

To approved to terminate the existing rights of NGED for vehicular
access to land owned by them adjacent to council-owned garage site
off Blackham Road, Wednesfield North (See Appendix 1) upon which
there is an electricity substation, subject to internal
consultation and approval.

To approved to grant a new wayleave agreement to NGED to provide
vehicular access to land owned by them adjacent to council-owned
