Purpose

Approval to proceed with the purchase of the
commercial premises on New Park Village estate.

Content

1.     
Approved the completion of the purchase of the commercial premises
listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed price of £270,000 plus
Home Loss compensation.
 
2.     
Approved the proposal to compensate the existing tenant of the
commercial premises through means of extinguishment, as set out in
2.10, for the total sum of £59,807.50 plus additional
disturbance costs and professional fees to be determined as part of
the agreed Heads of Terms.
 
3.     
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or other authorised officers
to execute legal documentation to put the purchase into effect.
