Legal Case Management System - The Solicitors
Regulation Authority mandates the maintenance of proper records and
documents. These records and documents are kept and maintained on
the case management system which replaced the previous method of
physical records.

Content

1.   
Approved the award of a contract for a Legal Case Management System
to Civica UK Limited of South Bank Central, 30 Stamford Street,
London SE1 9LQ for a duration of 4 years for a contract value of
not exceeding £240,500.
 
2.   
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer to negotiate, execute, seal
and complete all necessary documents to give effect to the above
recommendation.
