Awarded the contract for the Black Country Advocacy for Children
and Young People to the successful provider listed in section 4.0
for five years from 01 October 2025 to 30 September 2030 including
the option to extend by 24 months for two periods of one year at
the sole discretion of the council with an estimated total contract
value of £945,000.
